Knight Frank Launch Interior Design Service

Knight Frank will be one of the first property consultancies in Scotland to launch a new in-house commercial interior design and space planning service, offering clients a co-ordinated and bespoke property development package.

Knight Frank is leading the way with a new service which will provide clients with a fully integrated and quality assured service from an in-house designer who will work alongside Knight Frank’s Building Consultancy team at every step of a project.

Interior design and space planning is now offered to clients as part of Knight Frank’s Building Consultancy services and includes full design consultation, advice and implementation. Clients can now receive a bespoke in-house design solution and advice on issues such as the best use of corporate branding; plus a space planning service to ensure the optimum use of office space with a tailored layout and fit-out to suit their business needs.

Nicola Jackson has been employed to drive Knight Frank’s new interior design and

space planning offering. Based in Knight Frank’s Glasgow office, Nicola joined the firm as a member of the Building Consultancy team six months ago and brings a host of design and technical skills to her new role as CAD Technician and Interior Designer.

Nicola Jackson, CAD Technician and Interior Designer, Knight Frank said: ”I’m delighted to be appointed to such a new and exiting role. It will be a new challenge and the recent introduction of a design and space planning service is a great opportunity for Knight Frank in Scotland. It’s a big advantage to be able to offer clients in-house design and space planning as part of the overall Knight Frank service. We have already had a very positive response from existing clients and I am confident that demand will continue to grow.”
