Registration Opens For London Build 2026

Free tickets are now available for London Build 2026 at ExCeL London on 25–26 November, co-located with elementalLONDON and set to welcome 25,000+ attendees, 650+ exhibitors and 900+ speakers.

The UK's largest and most wide-ranging construction and design showcase returns this November, as London Build brings the built environment community together at ExCeL London for two days of networking, innovation, entertainment and commercial opportunities.

Running alongside elementalLONDON, the event will convene professionals from construction, design, real estate, engineering, fire safety, digital construction, sustainability and HVAC under one roof for the ultimate industry gathering.

With 25,000+ attendees expected, 650+ exhibiting brands, 900+ speakers across 17 CPD-accredited theatres and more than 40 networking functions, London Build is positioning itself as a Festival of Construction. Visitors can look forward to live music and DJs, hands-on workshops, an Architect’s Hub, a Government Hub, start-up spotlights and thousands of opportunities to connect with sector leaders.

Registration is open now, with free two-day passes giving access to the newest products, technologies and insights shaping the future of the built environment.

This year's programme will examine the most urgent themes and opportunities in the sector, including Sustainability and Net Zero, AI and Digital Construction, Fire Safety, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Housing and Infrastructure, Diversity and Inclusion, Skills and Workforce Development, and Architecture and Design Innovation.

Among the first 150+ speakers confirmed are: Luke Hands (Director of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality, Ardmore Group); Ilka van Heerden (Head of Preconstruction, Structure Tone UK); Charlotte Sargeant (Head of Land and Partnerships, East Midlands, Keepmoat Homes); Neville Grunwald (Director Facades & Roofs, Wates Construction); Andrew J Taylor (Group Planning and Sustainability Director, Vistry Group); Diana Otieno (Head of Resident Engagement and Compliance – Fire Safety, Peabody); Nicola Forest (Head of Sustainability, Structure Tone London); and Lucy Thomas (Marketing Director, Landsec).
