Harmony Fire has continued its recent run of public sector successes by securing an appointment to the £695 million Procure Plus Framework for Building Safety and Compliance Works, and Associated Consultancy Services (BSCW).
Now in its third iteration, this four-year framework is designed to streamline procurement for social housing providers across the UK, ensuring they can access high-level expertise in fire safety and compliance. Procure Plus oversees more than £200 million in transactions annually and is governed by a board of directors with extensive representation from Registered Providers in the social housing sector.
Following a competitive bidding process, Harmony Fire was successful in securing positions on four distinct lots:
• Lot 14: Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Sprinkler and Mist Systems.
• Lot 4: Fire Precaution and Compartmentation Works (National).
• Lot 13: Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Electrical Upgrade Works.
• Lot 3: Building Safety Consultancy.
Nichola O'Brien, Partnerships Director at Harmony Fire, highlighted the significance of the win, noting that high-performing frameworks like Procure Plus allow for vital projects to be unlocked faster while amplifying community benefits. She noted that these pathways facilitate the sharing of knowledge between partners to ensure constant improvement in life safety standards.
This latest appointment adds to a growing list of strategic partnerships for Harmony Fire. The company is currently a partner on several other high-profile frameworks, including Fusion 21, the NHS Shared Business Services framework, and the CHIC Fire & Building Safety Framework. The firm also maintains key strategic relationships with major housing associations such as Places for People, The Guinness Partnership, and Notting Hill Genesis.
By securing a place on the BSCW framework, Harmony Fire reinforces its position as a leading specialist in the UK's fire safety market, providing innovative solutions intended to make social housing communities safer and more resilient.
