Caddick Construction has been celebrated for its commitment to industry-leading standards, taking home a prestigious Gold Award and 13 further accolades at the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards.

The top honour was awarded to the team behind SOYO D in Leeds, which secured a Gold Award for its exceptional performance. This project, a 291-bedroom student accommodation scheme completed for Moda Living, was specifically recognised for its collaborative work with Bishop Young Academy. Through this partnership, Caddick is assisting in the development of a new Construction GCSE curriculum.

The firm's successful run continued with a Silver Award for The Ark, an industrial project located in Greater Manchester. Additionally, Caddick received 11 Bronze Awards for various regional sites across its portfolio.

Having been a registered partner of the CCS for seven years, the contractor has established a reputation for excellence, frequently attaining top inspection scores of 45. This consistent performance is attributed to the efforts of site teams alongside a proactive social value department.

The CCS National Site Awards are designed to highlight construction projects that exceed standard requirements in workforce wellbeing, environmental protection, and community involvement. Judges noted Caddick's focus on sustainability and its efforts to maintain a positive site culture that promotes inclusive and safe working environments while limiting environmental footprints.

Paul Dodsworth, Managing Director of Caddick Construction Group, commented: "I'm incredibly proud to see so many of our sites being praised by the CCS at a national level. These awards reflect the hard work and care of our teams and their commitment to delivering construction in a way that is responsible and respectful. This success reinforces our reputation as a leader in considerate construction, setting the benchmark for responsible delivery while continuing to invest in the communities we serve."
