Avant Homes Proposes £16m Housing Development In Harrogate

Avant Homes North Yorkshire has submitted plans for a £16m development of 59 new homes on Knox Lane in Harrogate.

The 5.61-acre scheme is set to include a mix of one- to four-bedroom homes, featuring eight of Avant Homes’ energy-efficient, practically designed house types. If approved by North Yorkshire Council, construction is expected to begin in early 2027, with the first residents moving in by late summer of the same year.

Richard Hosie, Managing Director of Avant Homes North Yorkshire, said: "Submitting our proposed plans for this site in Harrogate is an excellent step forward as we continue to grow our development footprint across North Yorkshire.
