Caddick Expands Midlands Presence With Birmingham Office Move

Caddick Construction has expanded its presence in the Midlands by relocating to a larger office within its Northspring base in Birmingham, signalling continued growth in the region.

The contractor has moved into a 2,590 sq ft space on Temple Street, upgrading from its previous 900 sq ft office in the same building. The original office opened in 2023 with a team of just 10 employees.

The new premises now accommodate more than 75 staff, with desk capacity increased by nearly 80%. The expanded space also includes an additional meeting room, bringing the total to three, as the company strengthens its operational infrastructure.

The relocation follows a period of strong growth for Caddick in the Midlands. The firm recently closed its second year in the region with a target pipeline of £1bn and a forward order book valued at £300m.

Caddick's current portfolio includes major developments such as the £43m Upper Trinity Street regeneration scheme in Digbeth, delivered for Cole Waterhouse, as well as the nearby Stone Yard project for Moda Living and Aviva Capital.

Across the wider Midlands, the company is also delivering a £28m urban logistics development at Foundry Business Park in Wolverhampton. Additional recent work includes a £20m addiction treatment facility for Delamere Health at the former Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue headquarters site in Bestwood.
