Keepmoat has announced plans to deliver 147 new homes in St Neots, Huntingdonshire, within the wider Wintringham scheme that aims to provide 2,800 homes overall.

Located off Nuffield Road, the project represents an investment of more than £27 million and will deliver eco-friendly, multi-tenure properties.

In partnership with Urban&Civic, the housebuilder will commence construction at the start of Wintringham's second phase, offering a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Of the total, 19 homes are designated as affordable housing and will be delivered through a local housing association.

Subject to planning consent from Huntingdonshire District Council, work is due to begin in the summer, with the first homes expected to be available before the end of the year.
