Door Blade (Low Temperature):

100mm PIR insulation

Clad internally and externally with white food-safe laminate

Anodised aluminium perimeter channel with rebated centre section

High-quality Fermod gasket

Integrated thermal breaks where required

Frame:

Anodised aluminium extrusion with concealed fixing system

Complete with reveal linings and fixings to suit varying wall thicknesses

Heating System:

Low-voltage heater tape within the frame

Separate threshold or blade heater options

Transformer supplied for 240V single-phase supply

Hardware:

Heavy-duty Fermod 1671 HP hinges (or equivalent depending on size)

Kason 56 handle with internal emergency release on active leaf

Fermod 219E handle fitted to static leaf
