Agreement Secured For Final Phase Of Harlow Innovation Park

Harlow Council has finalised a new agreement to unlock and accelerate the concluding phase of development at Harlow Innovation Park on London Road, marking another milestone in Building Harlow's Future and supporting the town’s long-term prosperity.

The deal enables construction on the last remaining plot at the multi‑million‑pound site. It follows a series of investments and openings that have helped establish the Innovation Park as a dynamic growth location in the region.

Recent highlights include the opening of the £25 million David Lloyd Harlow Club, a state‑of‑the‑art leisure and wellness facility; construction now under way on the £30m Identity development following a groundbreaking ceremony; the opening of The Social Club, a modern café and community venue celebrating Harlow's social club heritage; and enhanced landscaping with improved parking across the park.

The agreement for the final plot is with Wrenbridge, a leading UK property developer known for sustainable, future‑focused commercial projects. Founded in 1993, Wrenbridge has delivered successful schemes nationwide.

Announcing the agreement, Councillor Dan Swords, Leader of Harlow Council, said: "The Innovation Park shows what’s possible when we invest with ambition and purpose. Each milestone - whether it’s a new business, a community facility or major infrastructure - brings us closer to securing a strong future for our town. This new agreement for the final phase is yet another step forward in Building Harlow’s Future, creating jobs and opportunities, and cementing our place as a growing destination for business and innovation.

"This latest agreement comes alongside significant investment across Harlow, including David Lloyd and IKEA, as well as the news that M&S will soon be returning to the town – all demonstrating growing confidence in Harlow."
