Vistry Begins Next Phases At Great Haddon With New Partners

Vistry has started work on two new phases of its Great Haddon development in Peterborough, partnering with Sage and private rental specialist Jensco.

The move marks a key milestone in delivering new homes within the growing Haddon Cross community.

The joint initiative will deliver 207 homes, including 82 affordable units for Sage, 125 private rental sector homes for Jensco, and additional open-market homes through Vistry's Linden brand. The collaboration is designed to provide a wider mix of tenures and support the creation of a diverse and inclusive neighbourhood.

"Starting work on the next two phases at Great Haddon is a key step in accelerating the delivery of much-needed new homes in this part of the East Midlands," said Andy Reynolds. "Working alongside both Sage and Jensco ensures we can provide a broad mix of high-quality homes for affordable rent, private rent, and open-market sale. With strong buyer interest in our other schemes at Great Haddon, we're pleased to be expanding this vibrant, well-connected community."

Alex Dawkins added: "Sage is pleased to continue our partnership with Vistry at Great Haddon. Once complete, we will have delivered 25 new homes for people on the local authority’s waiting list and a further 57 Shared Ownership homes, helping those who cannot afford to buy outright, get on the housing ladder. This is a great example of partnerships in action as 39 of those homes would not have been possible without the support of Homes England. We are delighted to be able to play our part in delivering much needed affordable homes."
