Vistry Agrees Deal To Deliver 60 Homes At Buckingham Development

Vistry Group has agreed a deal with CBRE Investment Management to forward sell 60 affordable homes at its Willow Park development in Buckingham.

The homes form part of the 152-home Central Parcel of the scheme, with 47 designated for affordable rent and 13 for shared ownership under CBRE IM’s UK Affordable Housing Fund. The remaining 92 properties will be sold on the open market. Construction began in December 2025 and is expected to complete in early 2029, with Pinnacle Group appointed as managing agent.

Progress is also continuing across the wider Willow Park site, with Vistry having completed and handed over all 121 homes on the Southern Parcel. This phase includes affordable homes delivered to Hightown Housing Association, rental homes for Leaf Living, and private homes for sale.

The Southern and Central parcels are part of Vistry's broader plan to deliver 420 mixed-tenure homes on the 14-acre site on the outskirts of Buckingham. The development is designed to support a sustainable and well-connected community, with features including public open space, a play area, footpaths and cycleways, alongside infrastructure improvements funded through an £8 million Section 106 agreement. Homes will also include solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging points, with wider site features expected to be completed by summer 2026.

Nic Chapman, Managing Director of Vistry Northern Home Counties, said: "This deal with CBRE IM is another important step in delivering the vision for Willow Park as a high-quality mixed-tenure neighbourhood for Buckingham. We're already seeing residents move into the Southern Parcel and it's great to see the community beginning to take shape. We look forward to continuing that progress across the site."
