The company will be showcasing its solution at Stand C53 at the UK Concrete Show, taking place at the National Exhibition Centre on 25 and 26 March.
Instead of cutting, fixing, bracing, and constantly adjusting timber, this system works more like a modular framework you can adapt on the fly. With just three upright heights and three base sizes, you’re not locked into fixed dimensions, You can mix and match components to suit almost any pour. Whether you’re forming a small 400mm edge beam or pushing beyond 2 metres for larger structures, it scales without complication. And because it can slot into spaces as tight as 90mm, it solves problems that would normally slow a job down or require custom carpentry.
The real advantage shows up in speed and handling. Everything is designed to be hand-fit and lightweight, so crews aren’t wrestling with heavy panels or spending hours assembling sections. You fix it down at intervals of up to 688mm onto concrete, ply, or even stone, plumb it up, attach your facing ply, and you’re ready to pour. No bolts to lose, no complicated connections, just a clean, straightforward setup that keeps things moving.
It also removes a lot of the usual headaches associated with traditional formwork. In many cases, there’s no need for tie bars, which means fewer penetrations and a cleaner finish. After the pour, the built-in push-pull adjustment allows you to re-align quickly without dismantling everything, which is a huge time saver on repetitive work or phased pours.
Transport and storage have clearly been thought through as well. The brackets fold flat, so you’re not dealing with bulky loads or wasted space in the yard or on-site. That directly cuts delivery costs and makes logistics easier, especially on tighter sites where space is always at a premium.
