Wates Residential has announced The Pages, a new development of 153 homes in the heart of Wembley, with a sales suite and show home now open to visitors.
The scheme is arranged around a publicly accessible landscaped courtyard during daytime hours.
Part of the Wembley Housing Zone, the project has been designed with community life in mind. Amenities will include a residents' lounge with co‑working space, a new community hall, retail units aimed at independent businesses, podium gardens and 442 cycle parking spaces to encourage active travel.
Drawing on Wembley's Olympic heritage, the four residential blocks are named after celebrated athletes. Wide pedestrian routes will knit the scheme into its surroundings, improving connections between Wembley Park and Wembley town centre.
Inside, homes are specified for longevity and comfort, featuring Silestone worktops, Bosch appliances and tall cabinetry in kitchens. Underfloor heating and triple‑glazed windows support energy efficiency, and every property benefits from a private balcony or terrace.
Sustainability measures include two communal air source heat pumps, low‑energy lighting and extensive planting. Across the site, 88 new trees are being introduced to enhance biodiversity and residents' wellbeing.
The Pages is well located for transport, with Wembley Stadium, Wembley Central and Wembley Park stations nearby. Journeys to central London are around 11 minutes, offering strong connectivity alongside a neighbourhood feel.
