Deeside Timberframe has further strengthened its English operations after being appointed to support the delivery of the Meadow Rigg residential development in Kendal, Cumbria. The contract, secured through the company's Warrington office, involves working alongside Russell Armer Homes on their largest single project to date.
Located near Burneside Road on the fringes of the Lake District National Park, Meadow Rigg will feature 157 contemporary homes ranging from one to four bedrooms. The development is designed to integrate modern architectural standards with professional landscaping and infrastructure within an established edge-of-town environment.
The precision-engineered timber frame systems for the project are manufactured at Deeside Timberframe's facilities in Stonehaven and Throsk. The company's Warrington office provides localized support for the Northwest region, demonstrating its capacity to service regional housebuilders across England.
Graeme Guy, National Sales Manager, England, said:
"Developers across England are placing greater emphasis on delivery certainty and build performance. Timber frame provides a structured and efficient route to construction, offering consistency, quality control and predictable programme sequencing. We're pleased to be supporting Russell Armer Homes on a development of this scale and significance."
