McAvoy has been named as a supplier on the Department for Education's (DfE) Construction Framework 2025 (CF25), a move the company suggests highlights the growing necessity for sustainable and high-quality educational buildings.

The firm is one of just 23 contractors selected for the £15bn programme, successfully securing a position across all eight regional lots to provide school facilities throughout England. This appointment marks the fifth time McAvoy has been chosen for a DfE framework, reinforcing its long-standing relationship with the department.

Other significant projects completed for the DfE include the Merstham Park School—a low carbon pathfinder project—the award-winning Orsett Heath Academy, and The Cavendish School, which provides specialist provision for pupils with autism.
