Construction consultancy Bentley has successfully earned a place on the ESPO Property, Building & Infrastructure Advice & Management Services framework (2664).

The appointment sees the firm covering five key regions: London, the Midlands, the North of England, the South of England, and the East of England.

Bentley secured its position on lots for both Cost Management and Project Manager services. The successful bid was submitted in collaboration with a consortium of partners, including building services consultancy CPW, engineering consultancy Rodgers Leask, and Whittam Cox Architects.

This achievement follows a period of significant expansion for Bentley, which has recently secured spots on frameworks with STAR Procurement, Procure Partnerships, and Calderdale Council. The firm also recently established a new office in London to support its growing operations in the South of England.

The ESPO framework provides a compliant and pre-approved procurement route for public sector bodies, including the NHS, local authorities, central government, and educational institutions. By using this route, clients can ensure cost certainty and risk reduction while embedding social value goals into the procurement process from the outset.
