GRAHAM has been selected for the Department for Education's (DfE) latest Construction Framework (CF25), successfully securing a position in the High Value Band (HVB) for both the North and South of England.

This appointment follows the company's previous role on the CF21 framework, where it has been delivering several major educational projects.

The new £15 billion framework is set to run for an initial six years from January 2026, with a potential two-year extension. It will serve as the primary vehicle for delivering large-scale capital projects across England's education estate, including new-builds, extensive refurbishments, and modernisation efforts.
