Galliford Try has confirmed that its Building division has been successfully appointed to the Department for Education's (DfE) new £15.4 billion Construction Framework 25 (CF25).

This major procurement win reinforces the contractor's position as a key delivery partner for the UK's educational infrastructure over the coming years.

The group has secured places on high-value lots across England, which cover capital projects exceeding £12 million. Additionally, the business has been selected for low-value lots—those under £12 million—specifically within the London, South East, and South West regions. The CF25 framework is set to run for an initial six-year term, with the provision for two further one-year extensions, providing a significant long-term pipeline for the company.

From an economic and strategic perspective, this appointment aligns with Galliford Try's Sustainable Growth Strategy, which prioritises high-quality public sector frameworks. The CF25 is the primary vehicle for the DfE to deliver new schools and college buildings, alongside major refurbishment works, ensuring that educational facilities meet modern standards of sustainability and performance.
