Winvic Construction Ltd has successfully secured a renewed four-year spot on the Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) Highways Framework.

Specifically, the firm has been appointed to the General Works Lot, which covers projects valued between £1.5 million and £6 million. With a total estimated value of £56 million, this framework is designed to facilitate a broad array of infrastructure and highways schemes throughout the county.

The scope of the framework includes the improvement, renewal, and maintenance of the local road network. This enables the council to maintain its commitment to providing a resilient, safe, and well-connected transport system for the region.

This reappointment follows a successful four-year period during which Winvic delivered various complex infrastructure projects across Lincolnshire. Throughout its previous tenure, the main contractor focused on collaborative working with LCC and local stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to the public while driving long-term value and operational efficiencies.

Beyond the physical construction, Winvic has been credited with delivering substantial social value within the county. The firm has prioritised procurement from local SMEs and Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises (VCSEs), while also fostering skills development. Initiatives have included STEM outreach, apprenticeships, school engagement programmes, and local volunteering to ensure the works leave a positive legacy for the community.
