Turner & Townsend has secured a place on the renewed ESPO framework 2664_26 Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice & Management Services, covering all eight lots to support public sector organisations across the UK and Northern Ireland.
The framework will run initially for two years, with the option to extend to 2030, offering a compliant, efficient and competitive route for public bodies to procure specialist expertise in property advice and management services.
As part of the procurement, ESPO undertook rigorous due diligence aimed at reducing risk, streamlining purchasing and delivering value for its members.
Under the appointment, local authorities, schools and other eligible UK public bodies can access Turner & Townsend's full range of services through a single contract. These include asset and building consultancy, controls and performance, cost and commercial management, digital, procurement and supply chain, programme advisory and project management.
The award builds on Turner & Townsend’s longstanding relationship with ESPO, having supported its framework for more than eight years and delivered hundreds of projects nationwide.
Paul Davies, Director, Real Estate, UK at Turner & Townsend, said: "We are proud to continue our longstanding partnership with ESPO and to be appointed across all lots of this important framework.
"Public sector organisations are under pressure to deliver more efficient, resilient and sustainable estates.
"Our multidisciplinary expertise means we can provide the right support at every stage of the construction lifecycle, helping clients navigate complexity and achieve better outcomes for communities across the UK."
