Bollard Security Win Feefo Platinum Award!

Exceptional customer service is not something that happens by chance.

It's built over time, through consistency, experience and an honest commitment to doing things properly.

So today, we're proud to share that Bollard Security has once again been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2026, making this our second consecutive year at the Platinum level!

If you're unfamiliar with how the Feefo Business Awards work, before a business can even be considered for Platinum status, it must first achieve the Feefo Gold Award for three consecutive years.

We reached that milestone in 2022, 2023 and 2024, supported by consistent feedback from verified customers who took the time to share their experiences.

Those three years of Gold recognition allowed us to move into the Platinum category, which we have now been fortunate enough to win for the second year running.

What Platinum recognition means to us

Platinum recognition reflects long-term consistency rather than one exceptional year. It represents trust, reliability and our ability to deliver a superior standard of service across hundreds of customer interactions.

For us, it's reassurance that the values we have built the business around continue to make a difference to the people we work with.

That is reflected not just in the awards we have received, but in the feedback customers consistently leave, with a 4.9 Google rating from over 605 reviews, an Excellent rating on Trustpilot from around 115 reviews, and more than 1,200 verified reviews on Feefo.

At Bollard Security, every customer matters, whether we are installing a single driveway bollard or working on a larger commercial or industrial project.

We take pride in approaching every job with the same level of care, professionalism and attention to detail.

Our experience allows us to work efficiently while never losing sight of the fact that each project is important to the customer involved.

Working efficiently while respecting your time

Many of our customers comment on how smoothly the process runs from start to finish. From the first enquiry through to installation, we keep things moving without unnecessary delays.

Planning, scheduling, and on-site work are handled carefully, with an emphasis on neat work and minimising disruption. In many cases, installations are completed within a single day, while still meeting the standards we expect of ourselves.

Keeping customers informed every step of the way

Clear communication is a big part of the service we offer. We believe customers should always know what to expect, when we will be arriving and who to speak to if they have questions.

From initial advice to post-installation follow-up, we make a point of staying accessible and responsive. It’s something customers regularly mention in their feedback, and we continue to prioritise it.

Honest advice built on experience

Our customers often come to us looking for guidance as much as they do for products. With many years of experience across bollards, barriers and access control solutions, we take the time to understand each site and recommend what we believe will work best. If something isn't suitable, we'll say so. If a simpler or more cost-effective option makes sense, we’ll suggest it. That honesty is central to how we work.

Thank you for your continued support
