Shropshire-based SJ Roberts Construction has been named winner of the 'Housebuilder of the Year' title at the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards.
The event celebrates leading residential developers, projects and property professionals from across the region. The accolade comes three years after SJ Roberts' Allscott Meads development was named 'Placemaking Project of the Year'.
This year's housebuilder award reflected the firm's reputation for delivering high-quality residential schemes across the board, including social housing, private market homes and bespoke one-off builds.
Mike Sambrook of SJ Roberts Construction said: "To receive recognition of this kind is a tremendous achievement and something that everyone at SJ Roberts Construction should be incredibly proud of."
"We take pride in every home that we build and beyond that, additionally place great importance on investing in the communities where we're building, as well as in our future workforce which is why apprentices are valued so highly by our team."
"We were up against some impressive industry peers in this category which makes our success even more special."
Now in their eleventh year, the awards showcase standout residential projects and developers from the past 12 months and highlight the billions of pounds of residential investment taking place across the Midlands.
