Pickering's has been shortlisted for the 2026 Modern Methods of Construction Awards and will attend the fourth edition of the event.
Following a highly successful 2025 ceremony and continued record-breaking demand, the awards reflect the growing scale and ambition of the modern methods of construction sector.
Taking place on Thursday 7 May 2026, this prestigious event brings together the modern methods of construction industry to celebrate the most innovative, impactful, and transformative projects and approaches from the past year.
Pickering's has been shortlisted for eight awards within the following categories:
• Best Temporary Building Project – Construction
• Best Temporary Building Project – Public Sector (Education / Healthcare)
• Best Temporary Building Project – Private Sector (Leisure, Events, Offices, etc.)
• Project of the Year – Commercial / Retail / Offices / Leisure
• Project of the Year – Education (Early Years and Primary)
• Project of the Year – Education (Secondary and Higher)
• Project of the Year – Education (SEND / CAMHS / Mental Health)
This year’s awards feature 18 categories, showcasing excellence and achievement across the very best of the MMC industry.
