Galliford Try Named Finalist For Company Of The Year And CEO Of The Year At Plc Awards

Galliford Try has been shortlisted for two categories at the plc Awards, which celebrate the achievements of companies listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market.

The Company of the Year category highlights businesses that demonstrate enduring success through share price progress, sustainable profitability and support for stakeholder interests, with a strong emphasis on corporate governance, ESG and communication. The CEO of the Year award recognises leaders with a clear vision and a strategy embedded across their organisation.

The group recently marked its fifth successive year of revenue and margin growth since 2020, reaching £1.9bn and 3.0% respectively, and achieved its 3.0% margin target a year ahead of plan.

Total shareholder returns of 352% were delivered for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2025, with the share price rising from 103p on 3 January 2020 to above 500p. In 2025, the share price peaked at 539p (2024: 396p), while the full year dividend increased 23% year on year to 19.0p.

The Group joined the FTSE 250 in October 2025 as a standalone construction business.
