Leeds-headquartered mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) service provider G&H has secured three new maintenance contracts across the education and property management sectors following competitive tender processes.

G&H has been appointed to deliver planned and preventative MEP maintenance services for Pudsey Sixth Form College, MCR Property Group and Evans Property Group, expanding its maintenance portfolio across Yorkshire and beyond.

At Pudsey Sixth Form College, G&H will deliver a three-year maintenance programme to ensure the building remains fully operational, efficient and compliant for further education students. The appointment follows G&H’s earlier involvement in the project, having successfully delivered the MEP design and build package in partnership with Caddicks Construction. The college was completed ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.

The company has also been appointed to provide a three-year MEP maintenance programme at Windsor House, a 117,000 sq ft office building owned by MCR Property Group. Built in 1903 and overlooking Valley Gardens in Harrogate, the property comprises 130 office suites along with a range of on-site amenities.

In addition, Evans Property Group has selected G&H to deliver ongoing maintenance services at its Leeds headquarters under an annual rolling contract.

Across all three contracts, a dedicated G&H maintenance team will implement tailored planned and preventative maintenance strategies. This will include regular inspection and servicing of plant equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting, power generation, and heating and cooling systems, with the aim of reducing breakdowns, minimising callouts and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
