Vistry has joined forces with Lambeth Council to redevelop Denby Court estate in Kennington, marking a key milestone in the borough's New Homes Hexagon (NHX) programme.

The development agreement covers the delivery of 141 new mixed-tenure homes, with half designated as affordable and 70% of those allocated for social rent, providing secure, high-quality housing for local families.

Vistry is now preparing a planning application, with construction set to begin in 2027, pending approval.

This project follows the strategic partnership established earlier this year between Vistry and Lambeth Council, which aims to deliver 500 new homes and two community hubs across six sites in the borough. Plans for the remaining five sites are already in progress.
