Indurent, a leading UK developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space, has appointed Benniman to deliver the final phase of Indurent Park Longbridge West in Birmingham.
The site, formerly the MG Rover car manufacturing plant, is set to be transformed into 380,000 sq ft of high-quality industrial employment space, supporting local jobs, skills development, and long-term economic growth across the region.
Benniman will construct 13 new industrial and logistics buildings, ranging from 11,791 sq ft to 114,255 sq ft, suitable for a variety of uses including advanced manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
The modern, energy-efficient units are being designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings and EPC A and A+, while integrating with the River Rea valley walking and cycling routes, enhancing sustainable transport links to Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.
Paul Barfoot, Director at Benniman, said: "We're delighted to be delivering the final phase of Indurent Park Longbridge West. Having built a strong working relationship with Indurent across multiple developments, we're looking forward to delivering another high-quality scheme that will serve the region for years to come."
