GRAHAM's Facilities Management division has secured a new Hard Facilities Management contract with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), establishing a long-term partnership that could run for up to five years.
Under the agreement, GRAHAM will provide building repair and maintenance services across more than 600 properties and assets throughout the borough. The scope of the contract includes planned and remedial works, reactive maintenance and minor works, covering building fabric, mechanical and electrical services, as well as the management of specialist sub-contractors.
The contract places a strong emphasis on collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement, alongside a shared commitment to delivering positive social value. GRAHAM will work closely with RBKC to support local initiatives, create employment and training opportunities, and develop long-term relationships with local partners and suppliers.
Joanne Bell, Interim Strategic Head of Property at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, said: "We are determined to provide value for money services of the highest quality for our residents. GRAHAM has a track record of providing high quality, proactive and resilient Hard FM and we feel confident they will be able to do the same for us across our occupational commercial estate."
