Construction firm GRAHAM has successfully passed the assessment for Leading Edge, the Collaborative Performance Validation Scheme (CPVS) run by the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW).
The Leading Edge scheme provides assurance against a structured approach using ISO 44001 as the baseline, while also examining how organisations apply these requirements to foster a collaborative culture and improve overall performance. The recognition sets a new benchmark for demonstrating collaborative capability across an enterprise.
Key achievements include:
• GRAHAM is only the third organisation to achieve Leading Edge status and the first to do so corporately across the entire business.
• The company recently secured ISO 44001 Collaboration Management certification with UKAS Accreditation through BSI as the independent certification body.
• These accomplishments will be formally acknowledged at the ICW Collaboration Awards, taking place at the House of Lords on 27 November 2025, where GRAHAM Facilities Management is also shortlisted for a prestigious award.
