Caddick Construction has completed an £8 million warehouse at Power Road on Bromborough International Business Park, paving the way for the site to become a new storage and distribution hub for photo services specialist Max Spielmann.

The 77,200 sq ft facility marks Caddick’s first project for the family-owned Timpson Group, which has operated Max Spielmann since acquiring the business in 2008. The development includes purpose-built warehousing, internal mezzanine offices, and on-site parking, all designed to support the company’s expanding operations and long-term growth plans.

The scheme adds to Caddick Construction’s growing portfolio of industrial developments across the North West. Since establishing its regional presence in 2015, the contractor has delivered nearly 4 million sq ft of logistics, storage, and warehousing space.

A groundbreaking ceremony in January brought together representatives from both family-run firms to mark the start of the flagship Wirral project.
