Story Homes has secured three major honours at the 2025 UK Property Awards, recognising the company's achievements in design quality, interior excellence and its digital offering.
The developer received the title of Best Residential Development in Lancashire for its Tithe Gardens scheme in Poulton-le-Fylde, while Longton Grange in Longton was named Best Residential Interior for a Show Home. The business also earned the 5 Star Award for Best Developer Website for the fourth year running.
The accolades highlight Story Homes' focus on creating high-quality properties with distinctive design and well-considered interiors, supported by a strong customer journey and a polished digital experience. As a 5 Star Award winner, the housebuilder will now advance to the European Property Awards, competing alongside leading firms from across the continent.
