Sika's Roofing Division is proud to announce that it has won two prestigious awards at the NFRC Scottish Roofing Contractor of the Year Awards 2025, held on 24th October at The Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.

Sika's collaborative projects at Robin House and J Smart Offices were recognised as winners in their respective categories, highlighting the company's continued excellence and innovation in roofing solutions across the UK.

In the Single Ply Roofing category, Sika® and Aim Developments Ltd took home the award for their outstanding work at Robin House, a children’s hospice in Balloch. The 650m² roof refurbishment required careful coordination and sensitivity, ensuring that the hospice’s vital services continued uninterrupted throughout the complex installation. The project showcased collaboration, technical expertise and commitment to delivering durable, sustainable solutions in challenging environments.
