Spitfire Homes has submitted a series of planning applications for 521 new homes across the Midlands.
The new proposals include a 136-home flagship scheme in Balsall Common, Solihull, alongside plans for 50 homes on the site of a former police station in Harborne, Birmingham, and 47 properties in the Worcestershire village of Belbroughton. All three form part of the developer’s Bespoke Collection range.
Further applications include 127 homes at Little Impney in Droitwich, where Spitfire is partnering with Impney Ltd on the residential phase of a wider mixed-use regeneration of the 140-acre Impney Estate. Additional proposals comprise 113 new homes in Broadway, Cotswolds, and 48 homes next to the existing Pembleton development in Kislingbury, Northamptonshire.
The projects are also expected to provide a significant regional economic boost, supporting more than 1,800 jobs across the construction supply chain.
