Gratte Brothers Launches Manchester Office

Gratte Brothers Limited (GBL) has announced a major expansion into the North of England with the opening of a new regional office in Manchester and the commencement of works on the MA5 data centre.

The move is set to strengthen the company's presence across northern cities including Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, while supporting further growth in the data centre, infrastructure and general contracting sectors.

The new office, located at Trafford House in Manchester, marks GBL's first dedicated base outside of London and the Southeast and builds on the wider Gratte Brothers Group’s existing operations in the region, including its Warrington office.

Remi Suzan, Managing Director at GBL, commented: "Establishing our Manchester office is a significant milestone for the business. While Gratte Brothers Group has a strong track record of delivering projects across the North and already operates from our Warrington office, this represents GBL's first dedicated presence outside of London and the Southeast and, reinforces our commitment to bringing Gratte Brothers’ quality and expertise to the built environment in the North of England."

Alongside the office launch, GBL has also started work on the MA5 data centre project in Manchester, acting as general contractor to deliver mechanical and electrical infrastructure, as well as civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works within the live facility.

Joe Bradley, Operations Director at GBL and lead for the new regional office, added: "Bringing Gratte Brothers Limited’s quality to the North has been in the pipeline for some time now and is an exciting next step for the business. With significant opportunities across the region, we are confident that our expertise and collaborative approach, partnered with the adept local supply chain, will be a welcome addition to the local construction industry."
