McAleer & Rushe has been appointed to deliver a significant Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development for High Road West (Tottenham) Limited at The Printworks, 807 and 819–829 High Road, London N17.
The project will provide around 287 high-quality student bedrooms and combine contemporary new-build construction with the careful restoration of historic listed buildings along Tottenham High Road. Eleven of the student rooms will be created within the restored heritage buildings, while the remaining accommodation will be housed in a modern new-build structure to the rear of the site.
The scheme will include extensive indoor and outdoor communal spaces, landscaped gardens, and dedicated social areas.
As part of the project, the listed buildings at 807 and 819–829 High Road will be sensitively restored to preserve their architectural character and maintain the distinctive High Road frontag, celebrating Tottenham's historic identity while contributing to its ongoing regeneration.
Mark Diamond, Senior Director at McAleer & Rushe, said: "We're thrilled to be delivering The Printworks, a landmark scheme that showcases our expertise in creating high-quality, sustainable student accommodation while celebrating and preserving local heritage.
"This development marks an exciting new chapter in the regeneration of Tottenham High Road, and we’re proud to be contributing much-needed student homes and modern spaces that enhance wellbeing and community for future generations."
