Lovell Partnerships has strengthened its long-standing relationship with Together Housing as work progresses on a new 66-home affordable housing development in Hornsea, East Yorkshire.
Located on Cliff Road, the scheme marks the latest chapter in the partnership between the two organisations, who are working together to deliver a high-quality, sustainable community for local residents. Construction is advancing well following a renewed commitment to complete the development and provide a diverse mix of homes to meet local needs.
The gas-free development will feature a range of two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses, along with bungalows designed for residents aged 55 and over. Each home will include air source heat pumps and solar PV panels, supporting Together Housing’s Net Zero ambitions and reflecting Lovell's commitment to delivering energy-efficient, environmentally responsible housing.
Of the 66 homes, 26 will be available for shared ownership through Together Homes, part of the Together Housing Group, helping first-time buyers onto the property ladder.
The development will also include green spaces, a children’s play area, private gardens, and off-road parking, creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming new neighbourhood for the Hornsea community.
