Higgins Partnerships has been appointed to four lots on The Hyde Group's Main Contractor Framework, marking a major milestone for the company and reinforcing its reputation as a trusted delivery partner for large-scale residential developments across the region.

The four lots awarded to Higgins are:

• Lot 2: East (£20m+) – covering Kent, Medway, Thames Gateway and East Sussex

• Lot 4: South (£20m+) – covering Brighton, West Sussex and Hampshire

• Lot 6: London (£20m+)

• Lot 7: All regions (£50m+)

The new framework underpins The Hyde Group's goal to deliver 1,500 high-quality, safe, and sustainable homes over the next five years. Beyond Hyde's own development pipeline, the framework will also be open to other public sector organisations, allowing them to procure main contractor services for housing projects throughout the UK.
