E-Tech Components Announces New Leadership Appointments

E-Tech Components has announced a new chapter in its leadership structure as part of the company's continued growth and long-term strategic vision.

Effective from 1st October, Paul Forester has been appointed Managing Director, taking on overall responsibility for driving E-Tech’s business strategy and operational growth across all market sectors.

Alongside Paul's appointment, Tom Colledge has been promoted to Commercial Director. Since joining E-Tech in 2022 as Sales Director, Tom has been instrumental in strengthening the company's commercial direction, building long-term relationships with customers and partners, and driving growth across the Rail, Renewables, Construction, Energy, Data Centres and Utilities sectors.

After more than two decades as Managing Director, Chris Montgomery will continue to play a vital role in the business as Director. As the company's Founder and a Board Member, he remains an active and influential part of E-Tech's senior leadership team. He will work closely with Paul and Tom to support their transition into their new roles while continuing to oversee key areas including Sales and Marketing. His leadership, vision and commitment have been instrumental in shaping E-Tech into the trusted, award-winning company it is today.

"It's been a privilege to lead E-Tech for over 20 years. I'm immensely proud of what we've achieved as a team and excited to continue supporting Paul and Tom as we enter this next phase of growth. E-Tech's success has always been built on teamwork, and that will remain at the heart of everything we do," said Director, Chris Montgomery.

"The last 3.5 years have been fantastic, and our growth has been phenomenal. It's rewarding to receive this recognition from both E-Tech and Lagercrantz, and this will help push the business to new levels," said Commercial Director, Tom Colledge.

E-Tech Components remains committed to progress, partnership and delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to customers across the UK and beyond — building on a legacy of excellence that began more than two decades ago.
