Leadership Changes And Future Investment At Aqua Direct

After 25 years of dedicated service, Helene James has made the decision to leave Aqua Direct in December.

I'm sure you will all join me in expressing our sincere thanks to Helene for her commitment, leadership, and contribution to the success of the business over the years. We wish her all the best for the future.

I am also pleased to announce that Nick Brown currently Operations Manager, has been appointed Director & Transport Manager - Aqua Direct, effective immediately. Nick will report directly to David Brown, Transformation Director at Aqua Direct's parent company South Staffordshire Water.

Nick has been with Aqua Direct for over fifteen years and brings a wealth of experience in food and beverage markets, operational delivery, team leadership and customer engagement. His deep understanding of our business, our customers, and our people will be instrumental in leading Aqua Direct into its next phase of growth and investment.

As part of our continued investment in the future of Aqua Direct, we're also taking steps to strengthen and support our operations and we're actively recruiting across several roles, please check the job board for current opportunities.
