GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out has been awarded 'Project of the Year, North' at the Procure Partnerships National Project Excellence Awards for its work on Leeds Trinity University's Trevelyan Square project.

Appointed to refurbish the University's City Campus at Trevelyan Square, Leeds, GRAHAM delivered a full interior fit-out of the multi-storey facility, creating a modern, career-focused learning environment in the city centre. The £8 million project, completed under a JCT Design & Build contract, was delivered within a nine-month programme. The scheme involved managing complex logistics, long lead-in procurement, and high-specification finishes in a live urban setting.

The award recognises the expertise and dedication of the project team, including Rick Guest, Sean McNiff, James Shannon, Nick Hewitson, Jack Dunlop, Darren McCabe, Daniel Chesney, Gavin Cullen, Joe Silson, and Moya Murton.

The awards ceremony was held at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool and brought together leading contractors and clients from across the UK to celebrate outstanding achievements in public sector project delivery.
