Guardtech Launches New Cleanroom Furniture & Equipment Website

Guardtech Group continue to mark 25 years in cleanroom construction by recalling and celebrating landmark moments and historical successes, as well as championing all the characters who've helped the business become what it is today.

But this celebration is also about looking to the future, too – and the future of cleanroom furniture and equipment provision is Guardware Cleanroom Hardware.

As part of a fully holistic, turnkey service, the Guardtech Group have provided high-performance furniture and equipment solutions across their Cleanroom Solutions, Guardtech Cleanrooms, Cleancube and Isopod brands for as long as each has existed.

But that part of the service has often just been considered as more of an 'added extra' – a relatively small, yet vital, part of the total cleanroom package Guardtech offered.

Now, with a brand-new website to support it, Guardware is primed to become a significant brand of its own right – offering a dedicated fit-out service underpinned by elite consultation and co-ordination, with the bedrock of a business boasting 25 years of cleanroom installation knowledge, expertise and skill backing it up.

Whilst www.guard-ware.com will not be not an e-commerce platform as such, new Guardware Manager Annalise Watson, who has worked in online shopping across various industries for more than a decade, is excited about how the new site will change the face of cleanroom furniture and equipment procurement.

Watson, who is responsible for building the brand's product portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, is also charged with ensuring the website offers the best possible customer journey for cleanroom users of any application.

"We want to be the elite choice for cleanroom furniture and equipment," she said. "And that means we need to focus on providing the best solutions and achieving a high level of attention to detail. A big part of my role is to ensure that all processes work behind the scenes and, in turn, ensure all orders get to our customers safely, securely and in good time."

With the support of the wider Guardtech Group family, Watson has helped the Guardtech Commercial Team to curate a newly refreshed tiered product catalogue – the ISO range.

"We've been working towards a streamlined and essential range of products for Guardware, based on years of experience in the field across the whole Group," she continued. "We know what works well and what doesn't – what adds value and improves working practices for cleanroom users.

"The Guardware offering breaks down process, function and type of product to make the procurement process simple and straightforward.

"Our tiered system – of Lite, Plus, Pro and Max product lines – means we're able to handpick the most appropriate products to ensure there's a range of quality, material and functional choices for our customers. We understand different materials will suit different needs, and hope the Lite, Plus, Pro, Max system – which we've already adopted successfully for cleanroom construction components – will help our customers understand the qualities they need for their furniture and equipment choices. If not, we're always on hand to help find the right solution for them."

Watson explains how the long-term goal for the website, and wider Guardware offering, is to become a space for deeper consultation, collaboration and education.

"As we move forward, we want to make the site as educational as possible," she added, "allowing our customers the space to rely on us for the information they need for their controlled environments to be both compliant and protect their products and personnel.

"We really wanted to simplify the Guardware ordering process on our site as much as possible for our customers, whilst having product knowledge and alternative product offerings up our sleeve, too. We pride ourselves on offering solutions and will always help our clients find the products they need to suit specific process and room requirements. We also learn from every order, every interaction and every project, helping us pave the way for Guardware to stay innovative and exciting."

And what about the future for Guardware and the Guardtech Group, as the company continues to celebrate 25 wonderful years of cleanroom construction success?

"I feel the future is very bright for Guardware, and indeed the wider company," she concluded. "And I look forward to helping present and future customers find the perfect furniture and equipment to power their progress and protect what matters most.

"There are sure to be many more projects, large and small, over the coming years that will require a Guardware fit-out – and we're looking forward to supplying those applications with the very best cleanroom furniture & equipment available in order to stay at the top of their game."
