Birmingham Welcomes Landmark Net Zero Office Development At 19 Cornwall Street

A new chapter in sustainable workplace design has opened in Birmingham with the unveiling of 19 Cornwall Street, a 139,000 sq ft net zero carbon office building in the city's business district.

The development sets a new standard for energy-efficient commercial spaces, having achieved a NABERS 5 Star Design Reviewed Target Rating—placing it among the UK’s most sustainable office buildings.

Designed with both sustainability and occupier wellbeing at its core, the scheme brought together a team of leading consultants: Associated Architects, Hydrock, SBK Consulting, Cundall, and Gardiner & Theobald.
