The Rivet Company Launches With Well-Known ELEMENT Brand

Big changes are happening in the world of rivets - and all for the better.

The Rivet Company is now the new name for the merged businesses of Scell-it UK, Kamtech Fasteners, and Arpel. Alongside their partner company Rivco, they will be the exclusive distributors of the ELEMENT brand in the UK and Ireland.

ELEMENT was introduced in Europe over 15 years ago and the brand is recognised worldwide for its quality and reliability. It will replace the former Scell-it (UK) Group product branding of ARK and Scell-it, but for customers, the message is clear: while the name and brand has changed, no products have changed! The rivets, fixings, and setting tools – along with the quality and service behind them – remain exactly the same as before.

The move is designed to simplify operations and strengthen supply across both the UK and Ireland markets.

Packaging has been redesigned with clearer labels and full traceability, while the core product range remains unchanged.

By consolidating more than £3.5 million worth of stock across two warehouses into one central system, the company will streamline operations and improve delivery times, with a strong focus on next-day service.

Other key benefits for customers include:

• They will continue working with their existing sales and support contacts.

• A single credit control team will handle all accounts.

• A larger combined technical and engineering team will provide expert advice.

The ELEMENT brand has also been backed by several European Technical Assessment approvals (with more to come), ensuring quality standards remain consistent while offering better packaging and labelling.

With The Rivet Company and Rivco now working under one brand, the group says its goal is to become the most efficient supplier of rivets, rivet nuts, ETA-approved fixings, and associated setting tools in the UK and Ireland.
