EE Smith Contracts, one of the UK's leading fit-out and joinery specialists, has secured a contract worth more than £60 million for the envelope and full fit-out of the 52 Avenue Road development near Regent's Park, London.

The scheme, being developed by Domvs London in partnership with Select Group Ltd, comprises 12 five-storey townhouses arranged across three terraces. EE Smith's scope follows completion of the concrete frame and basement by a specialist contractor.

Each townhouse will feature roof terrace winter gardens with private lift access, while shared basement facilities will include a 25-metre swimming pool, gym, treatment rooms and residents' lounge.
