Rendall & Rittner Appoints Pam Chang As New Chief Financial Officer

Property management specialist Rendall & Rittner has appointed Pam Chang as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), joining the company's Board of Directors.

Pam will play a central role in supporting the business’s continued growth while advancing its financial and client service operations.

With more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge from across the professional services, financial services, and real estate sectors. Her previous roles include Managing Director (Finance) in the Global Facilities Management division of CBRE, where she led finance strategy for the firm’s technology client portfolio, delivering commercial growth and value.

Earlier in her career, Pam served as Head of FP&A for the UK and Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield and worked for a commercial property developer managing budgets for major developments, including London’s landmark Walkie Talkie building.

In her new role at Rendall & Rittner, Pam will lead both the client accounting and corporate finance teams, focusing on aligning financial operations with the company’s long-term strategic ambitions. She will also work closely with colleagues across the organisation to strengthen internal systems, enhance cross-team collaboration, and further elevate service delivery to clients.
