Keltbray has announced a key leadership change, confirming that CEO Vince Corrigan will step down at the end of November 2025 as he prepares for retirement, following a decade of service to the company.

Corrigan joined Keltbray in 2015 as a Director and was instrumental in the company’s growth and strategic development before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2024. His tenure has been marked by significant achievements across the business.

"We extend our sincere gratitude to Vince for his outstanding leadership and the significant achievements he has delivered during his tenure," the company said in a statement.

Taking the reins from December 2025 will be Karl Goose, who joins Keltbray from Ferrovial. Goose brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector and is known for his track record in driving innovation and business growth.

"We are delighted to welcome Karl Goose as Keltbray's new CEO," the company added. "We are confident that, under his leadership, Keltbray will continue to thrive and build upon its success."

Keltbray also extended its thanks and best wishes to Corrigan, recognising his many contributions and leadership during a transformative period for the company.
