Gateley Vinden Appoints New Director to Boost London Building Consultancy Team

Gateley Vinden, the specialist built environment consultancy arm of professional services group Gateley, has strengthened its London team with the appointment of Matt McGettigan as a director.

Mr McGettigan, a chartered building surveyor and construction manager, brings over 18 years of extensive experience, including previous roles with prominent firms such as Ridge and Partners and Savills. His expertise spans core building surveying and consultancy services, including project management, dilapidations, and technical due diligence across the commercial, retail, leisure, healthcare, and insurance sectors. He also has a strong background in advising portfolio holders and private investors.

In his new role at Gateley Vinden, Mr McGettigan will collaborate closely with director Adrian Gladstone to bolster the building consultancy team's comprehensive national offering. This includes services related to fire safety and cladding, hotels, and industrial and commercial premises.
