BAM has announced the appointment of Abigail Farrell-Black as its new Executive Director of Finance for the UK and Ireland division.

Farrell-Black joins BAM from Thames Water, where she served as Finance Director for Operations. She brings more than 20 years of financial, strategic, and operational leadership experience in regulated industries, having previously held senior roles at major utility firms including Southern Water and UK Power Networks.

In her new role, Farrell-Black will be part of BAM UK & Ireland's Divisional Leadership Team and will report directly to Henri de Pater. De Pater, who previously held the position, has now stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer at Royal BAM Group.
