Ground investigation and environmental consultancy LK Group has been appointed to a major four-year framework agreement with Dorset Council, providing site investigation and materials testing services valued at up to £4 million.

Under the framework, LK Group will support Dorset Council’s construction and maintenance programmes by delivering a range of specialist services, including field and laboratory testing, geotechnical and geo-environmental investigations and technical consultancy.

The appointment is part of Dorset Council's broader infrastructure investment strategy and will ensure consistent, high-quality support across key projects. Led by Dorset Highways, the framework is also open to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. LK Group is one of just four suppliers selected to deliver on the agreement.
