Clowes Developments has completed Phase One of its Viking Park scheme in Congleton, with all units now fully let.
Building on the success of the initial phase, the company has launched Phase Two, introducing two new high-quality industrial, trade counter, or warehouse units to the market.
The next stage of the development, delivered in partnership with principal contractor Roe Developments, will see the construction of two speculatively built units, each spanning 12,220 sq ft, referred to as Viking F3 and G3. These units offer subdivision potential into three terraces of around 4,000 sq ft each, allowing for flexibility to suit a variety of occupiers.
Strategically located with prominent roadside visibility and direct access from the main road, the new units are designed to appeal to businesses seeking both high accessibility and brand exposure.
Earthworks for Phase Two are already in progress, with project completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. The units are being marketed on an all-enquiries basis.
Mark Sillitoe of Williams Sillitoe, the scheme's retained agent, said: "Viking Park has proven to be a sought-after location for industrial and trade occupiers, with Phase One receiving strong interest and achieving full occupation quickly. Phase Two is already generating early enquiries, and we anticipate high demand for these well-positioned, flexible units."
